I have saved homeowners thousands by using an Epoxy based repair treatment on rotted and damaged areas. Here are a couple examples where instead of paying a carpenter big money to replace a window sill, I was able to repair and keep the original window in with a perfect cosmetic and structural fix for 1/10th of the cost.

Great project in Meadowbrook neighborhood, repairing popcorn ceiling tear out with mud and sanding, then 3 coats on the ceiling and 2 coats on walls. Turned out amazing!
